DAY 1 Survival 

Learn how to build a shelter, make fire, set traps, treat water and  other tools to help you survive in the wild 

 

DAY 2 WIM HOF 

Wim Hof is a way to keep your body and mind in its optimal natural state, while reconnecting with ourselves, with others and the natural world.

TRANSPORT 

We will provide a van from Guadalajara to Colima 

FOOD 

We will provide breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout the experience. 

SAFETY EQUIPMENT 

Both instructors are trained for safety in the wilderness, we will bring a first aid kit.

Accommodation -You must bring your own tent, sleeping bag 

Flights - The easiest way s to flight to Guadalajara where we all be meeting and driving to the mountain.
