Where and when is the retreat happening?
The retreat will take place at Camp Laverne, about 1.5 hours from Los Angeles. it will start at 10:am Saturday and will end Sunday 5:00pm
What survival skills will I learn?
You will learn shelter building, fire-starting techniques, foraging for edible plants, and essential wilderness safety skills. These are designed to help you feel more confident in natural environments.
What are the mindfulness and breathwork practices like?
You will practice mindfulness through meditation, and breathwork sessions for a deeper connection with the environment.
Is lodging provided?
Yes, participants can choose between camping (bring your own tent) in nature or sharing a rustic cabin with friends or other attendees. Both options provide an immersive experience.
Is food provided?
we only are providing for breakfast and snacks :) you can bring any other food you want as there is plenty of fridge and pantry space.
What should I bring?
A detailed packing list will be provided upon registration. Essential items include outdoor clothing, a sleeping bag a refillable water bottle, and personal toiletries.
Is this retreat physically demanding?
There will be moderate physical activities such as hiking and shelter building, but nothing too intense.
Can I join for just one day?
This retreat is designed as a two-day immersive experience, and we recommend attending both days to get the full benefit, but we can make expesions.
